Product Freshness & Quality: All Concept B honey is guaranteed fresh for up to 24 months from the production date when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you experience any quality issues within this period due to manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.
1. Refund Eligibility
– Damaged or defective products: Contact within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
– Incorrect order: Report within 24 hours for correction.
– Change of mind: Not eligible due to the perishable nature of our products.
For international orders, verified damage or defect claims require carrier delivery confirmation and are eligible for refund or replacement at our discretion.
2. Refund Process
For Lebanon orders: Contact hello@conceptbhoney.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Physical return of damaged or defective goods is not required. We may request the product be disposed of or donated at your discretion.
For International orders: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pfhotos/videos and carrier delivery confirmation showing damage. Once verified with the shipping carrier (DHL/LibanPost), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Physical return is not required for international orders due to shipping costs and perishability.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used items, perishable food (honey, bee pollen, propolis), custom or promotional products, and gift cards are non-refundable. International orders (once shipped) are final sale.
4. Exchanges & Cancellations
Exchanges are not available. To replace an item, request a refund and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the refund policy applies. No refunds apply for international transactions once dispatched.
5. Delivery Coverage and Governing Law
Refunds apply to both local and international orders in accordance with these terms. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and Concept B complies with applicable customs, import, and consumer protection laws in the destination country.
