All descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel any incorrect order prior to shipment. 4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders through private and international delivery services, ensuring each order arrives fresh and secure.
– Lebanon: Private delivery service (1–3 business days from order confirmation)
– International: DHL Express or LibanPost (7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance)
– Delivery Fees: Shown at checkout
– Order Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation message when your order is dispatched
– Risk of Loss: Once delivered to your address or handed to the international carrier, ownership and risk transfer to you.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Force Majeure: Concept B shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to political unrest, strikes, customs delays, or natural disasters.
